Specific Responsibilities include:
- originate and close residential and commercial loan applications via call ins and leads that we provide
- place loan applications with a mortgage lender
- work professionally with a processor, lender, title company, appraiser, referral source, etc.
- work one-on-one with the office Area Vice Presidents and other personnel as a team, in order to hit individual and branch production goals
- uphold all internal and external compliance rules and regulations
- provide excellent Customer Service to our clients

This is an excellent position that rewards hard work with a lucrative compensation package including base salary plus unlimited commission earnings. The majority of our Account Representative/Loan Officers earn over $75,000 with 25% earning over $100,000.
