personal best, succeed and grow!We are recruiting for the position of: ACCOUNT COORDINATORJOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides Local and Switched ordering support. Keys switched Long Distance and
resale local product orders into the Ordering System. Assists Account Executives
in contacting customers to resolve minor clarifications on product orders.
Reviews and makes necessary corrections daily. Retrieves automated customer
service records of perspective customers from Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier’s
(ILEC’s). Updates reports on local/switched based product orders as required.
Negotiates, reviews, and maintains LEC orders. Updates ordering system/database
with due date and completion notices. Maintains current knowledge of OBF
standards
Skills, Experience, Education or Other Requirements Needed for this
Job: High School Diploma or GED; minimum of one year related
experience and/or training; Good communications, customer service,
interpersonal, attention to detail, and typing skills required; computer
proficiency preferably in the following: Windows, MS Word, Spreadsheet
