This is an entry level position that will be respondsbile for:
-Audits/Analyzes mortgage loan data to identify common errors and patterns.
-Identifies data integrity issues related to procedures, training, and systems.
-Correct and Input data into Unifi/Fiserv.
-Maintains and revises, tracking records and reports.
-Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in the mortgage field or in a related area.
-Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within mortgage.
-Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment
-Demonstrate professional behavior and teamwork, is punctual, dependable and adheres to company policies and procedures.
-Hourly Position.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent

Experience
1 to 3 years residential mortgage underwriting or quality control experience.
