AR Manager

The AR Manager’s responsibilities will include:

• Budgeting and forecasting • Working with the Chief Executive Officer to complete projects • Organizing the financial aspects of projects • Assisting auditors • Acting as a liason with other groups, some on the outside • Analyzing general ledger accounts • Performing account reconciliation • Reviewing financial statements • Assisting in research & development of new processes and procedures

REQUIREMENTS
The AR Manager’s Requirements:
• A desire to work hard and perform well • Effective management, supervisory, and problem solving skills • Excelling interpersonal skills • The ability to communicate to employees at various levels of the company, both orally and in written format • PC proficiency • An awareness of Accounting practices and theory • At least 2 years of Public Accounting experience, preferably as an AR Manager • A Bachelor’s degree in a major related to Accounting
