ACCOUNTING

Accounting clerk needed to reconcile A/R issues, working with customers to resolve a variety of situations, track and report non-recurring charge activity, support spares pricing, and general clerical duties as assigned. Need good Accounting with more emphasizes on Accounts Receivables.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities for this position include the following:

1)At least two years experience in an Accounting function for a job.

2)Ability to successfully maneuver around MS Office, especially creating and manipulating Excel Spreadsheets.

3)Fast and accurate data entry into company database.

3)Good customer service with ability to multi-task and resolve potential conflict.

4)Forward thinking, highly motivated to advance skills and manage self independently.
