The Account Executive will be part of an Inside Sales Force responsible for all Commercial Market Tier III accounts on a national basis. The AE may be assigned customers on a geographic or account specific basis.The AE is responsible for providing market coverage to Tier III accounts by initiating outbound calls that generate the sales of products and services.
The AE will be responsible for the sale of access, Centrex, ISDN/DSL, TDSNET ,Business Systems, Voice Mail CO, and Telephone sets.Additionally the AE will be the liaison to Market Management for promotional campaign.
The AE will also be the primary contact person for BCSSR's & CST's for Tier III customers.
Direct Sales via telephone of assigned products & services
' Achieves mutually agreed upon goals (Sales quotas, Continuing Education, etc
' Perform customer telecommunications needs analysis
' Prepare proposal and make presentation to customers
' Follows-up with customers
Keeps up-to-date on products & services
Interface with BCSSR's, CST's, and project management
Administration & Goldmine Data Base management
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications: 2 years or more sales experience
Working experience with Microsoft Word
Working experience with Microsoft Outlook
Must have and maintain a valid drivers licenseOther Qualifications: 2 or 4 year degree preferred
Proven successful experience in direct sales programs preferred
High level of organizational skills required
Excellent Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Computer literate(spreadsheets, word processing, graphics packages, etc)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Outgoing personality.
Must be a self-starter.
